The Montana Health and Wellness Fairs are the premiere place for resources and inspiration to get healthy and fit for a longer life. We celebrate body, mind and spirit with an abundance of health, safety, and wellness resources available in our communities.
There is nothing like a good old-fashion community health fair! Away from the formal, detached sterility of the doctor’s office, this is an opportunity to meet with health care providers on your terms with little or no cost. The Health & Wellness Fairs are held in January (Bitterroot Valley), September (Kalispell), and October (Missoula), and are free for the public to attend.
The Montana Health and Wellness Fairs provide basic health screenings for little or no cost. Simple health screenings such as blood pressure checks, glucose and cholesterol blood tests, body composition, vision and hearing tests can offer both positive health feedback and identify at risk individuals.
Finding out you have a health problem or an increased risk of a health problem can help people make better informed decisions about their health. Screening can reduce the risk of developing a condition or its complications.
It’s also a great time to learn about risk behaviors and factors that are under your own control, such as what you eat and habits like sleeping, walking, smoking, or alcohol use. By learning about these things, you can make more informed choices about next steps.
Our interactive and educational exhibitors will cover a range of topics including Mental Health Awareness, Stress Resilience, Nutrition, Relaxation, Happiness, Healthy Lifestyle, and much more, giving you the tools and information you need to lead a healthy and happy life.
Montana Health and Wellness Fairs are produced by Marketplace Events.
